Drill into Comment Table

Postby NotSwank » Wed May 07, 2014 7:48 am

I have a report that I want to display the last comment on a particular item, however, I want the user to be able to drill into a blank comment section and have it open in NAV and be able to add a new comment. Currently, if you drill on a blank comment it takes you to the comment List table, but it is all grayed out. If there is a comment there already, it allows you see that comment in the table, but not add another. Is there a way I could mark it so that it went to the comment sheet table for that particular item when they drill into it?

Code: Select all

=NL("Last","Comment Line","Comment","No.",$F10,"Table Name","Item")
