Repeat the same conditional formatting Rule for each row?

Hi All,

I would like to apply the excel conditional formatting rule ( Data bars ) on each row of my NL,
the problem is that Rule will be applied for the whole rows?

The problem you are running into has to do with the concept of replication.

As each additional line is added to the workbook right below the original, Excel expands the conditional formatting to include those new cells which is why you are getting formatting based on all of the cells.

Everything I had tried thus far has been unsuccessful outside of formatting each line in Report mode which doesn't get saved and is VERY time consuming.

You can define conditional formatting by formula.
By removing the appropriate dollar signs from that formula, I have been able to add conditional formatting on replicating rows.

I will try to upload an example next week...

Sorry....
That trick doesn't work.
What you want to do is create new conditional formatting rules by replicating Excel rows.
Trouble is that Excel doesn't work that way.
By replicating a row only the range to which the formatting is applied will expand.
And creating formatting rules isn't on the JetReports menu, as far as I know...
Feature request maybe?
