Hi my name is Stacy and I have been using Jet for about 8 months now. I have self taught myself the things I currently know and hope to get as much feedback and assistance as possible from these forums. :D :D

Additionally, if you need to submit a ticket regarding a technical issue, please navigate to http://support.jetreports.com
If you have not registered, click on the link "FIRST TIME USERS Click to Register Now!"
Fill out your personal information, license/company information
Click "Register" when finished.

You'll then be taken to a "Validation Pending" page where you'll be informed that "you should receive an Email with further instructions shortly.
Please follow the link in the Email to validate your account. You will not be able to log in until your account is verified."

If you have registered and would like to submit a ticket, please login to https://support.jetreports.com, click on “Submit a Ticket”.
Fill out all the necessary information and upload any screenshots if received an error message when utilizing your Jet Essentials/Jet Enterprise product.
Hit ‘Submit’ when finished.
